Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and the services you book through it, provided by Anubis Records ("Anubis Records", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

You need to give accurate details when you create an account, and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Booking studio time

  • A booking made on this site is a request. It's confirmed only when we confirm it with you.
  • Prices, packages and deposits are shown on the site when you book. The deposit is due to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance is due at the session.
  • You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session, online in your account or by contacting us. Changes within 48 hours are at our discretion and the deposit may not be refunded.
  • If we have to cancel or move a session, we'll offer you another time or refund your deposit.
  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session.

Beats and licenses

Beat prices on the site are for the license types shown. A beat license starts only when we've confirmed it and sent you the written license agreement, which sets out exactly how you may use the beat. Until then, the beat and its previews remain ours.

Your music and content

You keep ownership of the music, lyrics and other material you bring to a session or create with us, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You confirm you have the right to use anything you bring, including samples.

Our content

The music, videos, images, text and design on this site belong to Anubis Records, our artists or their licensors. You may stream and view them on the site for personal use; you may not copy, download or redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no false bookings, no spam, and nothing unlawful or abusive in messages.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when they were confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
